This enterprise, with two 22-floor towers, was one of the first buildings in Fortaleza to be designed under the concept of Green Building.

Built in one of Fortaleza’s most valorized areas, the project’s particularity is not only the beauty of the two towers with residential apartments, but also the landscape planning adopted in the common areas.
